Looking for serious musicians to develop a rock band

Hi everyone!

I am currently looking for a guitar player (a riffer) who has a strong work ethic, serious drive and passion for developing a serious band. The primary genre would be some form of Rock.

I am a drummer with 20+ years of experience doing live sessions (Different styles) and a believer of strong work ethic.

Would love to hear about your vision and the expectations in order to grow together.
