Looking for Bassist or Synth for trio band

Hi
We are guitar/vocal and a drummer , make strange/offbeat music ,
influenced from electronic music, indie and psychedelic rock ,funk ,post-punk,industrial, and pop. I don't stick to one musical aesthetics only.
Looking for a bassist or synth player to get a band together and do what good bands do (compose , record and do it live)
Intermediate level of skill is good enough, creativity is more valued and also motivation .
Currently, I have no studio, so we can play in the several available studios in Berlin for now.
