Pianist, Guitarist, Bassist for Live Project

I’m a Berlin-based singer-songwriter and solo artist focused on R&B, Soul, Neo-Soul, and Pop-Soul, looking for experienced musicians to build a dedicated live band for my solo project.

Musical Direction:
Modern R&B / Pop-Soul with an organic live feel – groove, harmony, and emotion at the core.
The repertoire will include original songs as well as selected cover versions in fresh, soulful arrangements.

Looking for:
•Keyboardist / Pianist (with sensitivity for warm
Rhodes / Neo-Soul/jazz arrangements and fun)
•Guitarist (Soul / Pop / Neo-Soul style, tasteful
chord voicings)
•Bassist (tight groove, strong sense of feel and
harmony)
•Drummer / Percussionist (precise timing,
dynamic, musical)
• optional: Horn or String Player (for extended
live arrangements later on)

Requirements:
•Confident in R&B, Neo-Soul, Pop-Soul, Jazz
styles
•Solid knowledge of harmony and strong
musical ear
•Stage experience and professional attitude
•Open-minded, creative, and collaborative

About the project:
I’m currently developing original material and first demos (partly with a producer).
The goal is to create a professional live set that’s musically refined and has commercial potential, leading to live shows, recordings, and artistic growth.

Important note:
This is an early-stage project. No fixed payment at this point.
The long-term goal includes live performances, GVL income, possible GEMA shares (if involved in songwriting), and funding opportunities.
