Jazz Jam/Weekly Fakebook Readthrough For Beginner/Intermediate

Hi Musicians,

I'm looking to start a weekly session of Jazz musicians interested in playing standards and working through some of the fakebook to practice and learn together. No pressure/no stress, just people who want to practice the standards and solo'ing.

A bit of a session for people who might not feel comfortable playing at a jazz session at a club yet but do know how to play their instruments and make it through a jazz chart. If you're interested, I think Tuesday night would be best. All/Any instruments welcome.

about me: I was a jazz drummer many years ago, but I've been working on other styles and instruments since. Now, I'd like to get back to playing Jazz on the piano and guitar weekly because it's a great way to get into shape improvising and working through chord changes. I also love playing with other people because it's a great way to get motivated and inspired.
