Looking for a band to share space with

hey, a band is moving out of my space and i'm looking for a band that needs/wants a permanent place to rehearse. its at Rockhaus Lichtenberg.
200 per month for a minum of 2 days a week guaranteed, but usually the place is free 3-4 days a week . hmu
