guitarist wants to start rock band

mediocre rhythm guitarist (34 y/o, band experience: yes, gig experience: two, songwriting experience: a little) looking to start a garage rock band in late april or may, nothing too fancy.

i guess my influences are 60s garage bands, some 70s punk, late 70/80s rock and metal, 00s indie rock and some contemporary stuff.

i’m looking for likeminded people - commitment, dedication and attitude over current skill level :)
