Guitarist/Singer looking to form casual Stoner/Grunge/Hard Rock band

Afro-American/German guitarist & singer in his mid 30s looking to form a casual hard rock/grunge/ stoner rock band. I'm not a pro but also not a novice player. Open to collab with all levels as long as the vibes are right. I mainly want to improve my songwriting & guitar skills and just play heavier music after having played indie rock and funk for quite a while.
The idea would be to meet maybe once a week to work on songs or just jam.
